Cancellation Policy
• 24 hours’ notice is REQUIRED when cancelling an appointment to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.
•If less than 24 hours’ notice is given you will be expected to pay for the appointment
• Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will be considered a “NO SHOW”. A $10 fee will be applied to the cost of your appointment if you’re late within the 15 minute grace period.
